§ 2-121. Creation of village offices.

(a)

The village board creates the appointed office of village administrator, who shall be an employe of the village.

(b)

The village board creates the following appointed offices, all of whom shall be independent contractors of the village:

(1)

Village assessor.

(2)

Village engineer.

(3)

Village financial consultant.

(4)

Village auditor.
