§ 2-224. Village assistant treasurer.

The job description for the position of village assistant treasurer shall be established by the village board by separate resolution. The job description should include but not be limited to the term of office, powers and duties, compensation schedule, vacation schedule, and all other terms and conditions of employment. The village board has created the position of assistant treasurer with the intent that the person selected will gain expertise in the areas of village treasurer responsibilities and in hopes that that person selected will also serve as deputy treasurer to the village treasurer.
