§ 38-31. Penalty.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this article or any order, rule or regulation provided under this article, shall upon conviction be subject to section 1-13. In addition to any penalty imposed for the violation of this article, the village may charge to the violator the actual costs and expenses of correcting the violation; and if the violator does not pay any such charges and penalties, they may be added to the tax roll as a special real estate charge.
