§ 50-31. Statutes adopted; enforcement; filing complaints.

(a)

The village board adopts Wis. Stats. § 106.50.

(b)

The officials and employes of the village shall assist in the orderly prevention and removal of all discrimination in housing within the village by implementing the authority and enforcement procedures set forth in Wis. Stats. § 106.50.

(c)

The village clerk shall maintain forms for complaints filed under Wis. Stats. § 106.50 and shall assist any person alleging a violation in the village to file a complaint with the state department of commerce for enforcement of Wis. Stats. § 106.50.
