§ 70-33. Special garbage collection fee.

The second Monday of each month from the hours of 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. shall be designated free special garbage collection days. Any special garbage collection exclusive of the second Monday shall be charged the fee set by the village board per special garbage collection. The fee shall be payable to the village and due in full no later than 30 days following the date of the original billing.
